Putting the Design on the Ground.

Construction staking from a team that understands the plans and communicates with the people building the work. We coordinate field needs and respond to layout questions within the agreed scope.

Response & Turnaround

Construction doesn't wait on the surveyor.

Fast response is not a bonus — it is how we work. We make every effort to get crews on site when they are needed, keep the job moving when plans change, and respond quickly when unexpected conditions arise in the field.

Response Time Same-day response to layout requests and field questions
Field Coordination Direct communication between our surveyors and your superintendent
Schedule Priority We adjust when the project adjusts — not the other way around

Why GCI for Construction Staking

Construction staking requires more than putting points in the ground. We work directly with our field crews to train them on construction plans, staking procedures, and how the work is actually built. That experience allows our crews to work alongside contractors and superintendents in the field, understand what they need, and help identify and resolve issues as they arise.

We also understand that construction does not wait on the surveyor. Quick response and turnaround are a priority for our team. We make every effort to get our crews on site when they are needed, provide the information required to keep the job moving, and respond quickly when plans change or unexpected conditions arise in the field.
