Paul collaborated with Jason in founding Georgia Civil with his extensive experience as a project engineer for a large engineering, surveying and environmental consulting firm. During his 20-plus-year career, he has developed a set of criteria for approaching design solutions at multiple scales and across a diversity of project types to ensure the firm can meet the diverse needs and expectations of its clients. He is committed to superior results that exceed client expectations in order to guarantee premium results and quality assurance across a diversity of project sectors, including commercial, retail, industrial, education, and hospitality.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering with Environmental Resources emphasis. He is a member of the American Society of Associated Executives and is a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia and South Carolina.
